Spend 20 minutes outside, practicing the technique of Grounding/Earthing. With either your entire body or just your bare feet connecting to the earth, take 20 minutes and just BE. No smartphone, no wifi, just you and a book, magazine, or whatever you like. Heck, if you want to get a head start on tomorrow’s assignment, bring your coloring book outside! 😉 Hahah!


Grounding, Vetiver, or any tree oil. Rub a drop of one of these oils on each foot as you are taking off your shoes. Inhale the aroma, breathing deeply.

What Does Scripture Say?

Genesis 2:7 – Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

We are formed from the dust of the ground and mankind’s very first breath was the scent of God imparting life. What a beautiful picture of our deep need for God. When we find ourselves enslaved to the things of this world, the technology, the trappings of materialism, this very simple and profound truth brings us back. We are dust.
