Oola – it’s all about balance and growth

Did you check out the post on the 7 Dimensions of Wellness? Cause, you should.

In there I mentioned the Infused 7 Collection (or, as I usually call them, the Oola Oils).

I so love Young Living’s Essential Rewards Program, y’all. I just snagged myself the Infused 7 Kit completely free! Yep, over $200 of oils for the low, low price of $0 because I used points I had accumulated over the last couple months.

No credit card gives me deals like that. “Here, Tracy, buy this stuff you need for your home and family like dish soap, body wash, and vitamins, and we’ll give you back 25%!” Um, sure, NO PROBLEM!

But, I digress.

Back to Oola. Once upon a time, I wasn’t feeling unconditionally loving, patient, and kind and so I bought the Oola Family blend. It’s the only one of the Infused7 I’ve used before, so I’m super excited to get the others in hand and start using them.

Some background…

What is Oola®? Oola is a state of awesomeness. It’s living a life that is balanced and growing in the seven key areas of health and well-being.

It’s unlocking the potential for greatness that lies within each of us. It’s finding true purpose and meaning for your life.

The OolaGuys, Dr. Dave Braun (OolaSeeker) and Dr. Troy Amdahl (OolaGuru), have identified seven key areas that people need to balance and grow to live a rich and fulfilled life. These are the 7 F’s of Oola: Fitness, Finance, Family, Field (career), Faith, Friends, and Fun.

Young Living partnered with Oola to combine, for the first time ever, the power of Young Living essential oils with the simple and life-changing principles of Oola. Engage all five senses as you transform and improve your life with the INFUSED line.

Gary Young specifically formulated each blend in this kit with essential oils that will help you connect on a spiritual and physical level as you pursue balance, take action toward your dreams, and pursue your OolaLife.

The INFUSED 7 Essential Oil Collection includes 5-ml bottles of:

  • Faith™
  • Fitness™
  • Finance™
  • Friends™
  • Family™
  • Field™
  • Fun™

I think I’ll need to start with Fitness because that’s the most unbalanced part of my life. Which area would you start with first? Take the free Life Balance Test here.
